Responsibilities

  1. Keep the Molding floor stocked with all the necessary raw materials to run production including: Cardboard boxes, dividers and poly bags for each work station.
  2. Remove all plastic purging from each molding machine in a safe and clean manner and label the full Gaylord’s of purge correctly for inventory.
  3. Stock the mobile color hoppers with the correct color.
  4. Clean the hopper filters for the Regrind compartments on each machine that uses clean regrind daily.
  5. Keep the clean regrind and colorant full at each Maguire Sweeper station in the Color and Regrind Area in the warehouse.
  6. Stock the cardboard staging area with boxes and dividers.
  7. Empty scrap bins as needed throughout the shift.
  8. Hand stack product as needed that does not run through the automatic palletizer system.
  9. Work with the Mold Technicians when needed.
  10. Must obtain a forklift license.
  11. Report any safety concerns or problems to your supervisor or the EHS Manager.
  12. Any other duties the supervisor or group leader deem necessary.
  13. Follow all safety rules, policies and procedures.
  14. Follow all GMP’s.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience operating a forklift is strongly preferred.
