Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES:
 Follow all safety rules and SOP’s
 Record keeping and general administrative duties.
 Participation in team activities and team meetings.
 Active participation in problem solving initiatives.
 Able to be trained and to train others.
 Maintain cleanliness of plant and facility.
 Advancement in job skills.
 Possess basic computer skills and ability to share statistical performance data.
 Prior experience operating/maintaining industrial machinery/equipment.
 Attend any and all training classes provided by the company.
 Setup and troubleshooting of Mod-Packers and Robot Packers
 Work in close cooperation with set up, post molding technicians and communicate effectively with all departments.
 Must be able to keep parts room neat and orderly and maintain inventory.
 Must be punctual and have minimum attendance discrepancies.
 Other duties as assigned.
 Able to lift up to 35lbs.

Qualifications

    High school degree or equivalent.
 Basic computer skills and ability to share statistical performance data.
 Pass drug screen, physical, and background check.
 Communication skills both written and verbal.
 Able to work continuous operation schedule (days/nights/weekends).
 Be available to work a reasonable amount of overtime, if required.
 Communication of quality issues to production/quality personnel in a timely manner.
 Prior experience operating/maintaining industrial machinery/equipment.
 Ability to read, interpret and perform the physical requirements related to the SOP’s.
 Able to read prints electrical, mechanical. hydraulics, and pneumatics and able to trouble shoot and make necessary repairs.
