We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and have electircal experience. 

  • Knowledgeable concerning mechanical and electrical principles and machining practices.
  • Knowledgeable concerning modern fabrication and assembly techniques and machine-shop practices and techniques. 
  • Able to mentally visualize and comprehend all aspects of a manufacturing equipment or tooling problems, understand the inter-relationships of factors affecting a given situation, and to be attentive to detail. 
  • Capable of efficiently integrating existing methods with new innovations to economically solve production problems in a timely manner. 
  • Has initiative and ability to work effectively with little direction.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management staff.
  • Self motivated with good problem solving skills.





  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working in an Industrial Manufacturing environment. 
  • Must have at least 2 years of electrical experience 480v.
  • Must have at least 2 years of PLC experience. 
  • Must be able to performs skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering and plumbing.
  • Must be able to analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plans for and takes corrective action. 
  • Make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.
  • Must be able to tests equipment to check operation. 
  • Troubleshooting equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime. 
  • Must be able to perform preventive maintenance checks and inspections. 
  • Must be able to notify Maintenance Department Manager or supervisor of reoccurring equipment malfunctions and corrective action taken, and of quality problems or supplies needed. 
  • Troubleshoot and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment including air compressors, repair rollers, chains, bearings, install seals, sprockets, chillers, gearboxes, pumps, fans, valves, motors, extruders, dies, grinders, winders, bag machines and various other support equipment of this plant.
  • Must be able to use full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to perform inspection before start of a job. 
  • Must be able to start up and shuts down equipment in line with company safety procedures for equipment under power and OSHA guidelines.
