Responsibilities

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for operating associated production equipment to convert plastic resins into blown film for flexible plastic sheeting, tubing or bags, and efficiently producing a finished product on a timely basis, meeting all customer product specifications.

  • Work in a safe and productive manner.
  • Keep your work area clean and clutter free: pick up scrap material around the production lines and cut scrap off cores.
  • Perform quality control checks on product and ensure all are properly labeled before stacking finished product.
  • Package bags/rolls into boxes, weigh boxes and keep accurate counts in our system.
  • Alert "Setup Technician" and "Changeover Technician" using the light system to keep them informed of production status.

Qualifications

You will be a great fit for our team if you possess a positive "can do" attitude, a willingness to learn new processes, and truly enjoy helping others. 

You must be able to stand, stretch, bend, climb, balance, stoop or kneel, push, pull, twist, turn, lift up to 35lbs.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred but required.
