• Maintain all HVAC and chilled water equipment
• Organize available manpower for workload.
• Schedule downtime as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Support plant safety program.
• Communicate and coordinates with other teams.
• Support other team members as needed.
• 24 hr. on call to support business needs.
• Must be within 30 minutes of the plant to support the on call responsibility.
• Any other project as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Heating and Air Conditioning Maintenance.
• Freon license
• Knowledge of all applicable codes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communications skills in oral and written form.
